Where to take the ferry from Syros to Piraeus

Ferries to Piraeus normally set sail from the port of Syros, which is in Ermoupoli, the island capital. The harbor is integrated into the town’s waterfront and is about 3 km from the island airport.

Where does the ferry arrive in Piraeus?

Ferries from Syros typically dock at the port of Piraeus, the largest and busiest harbor in Greece. Specifically, vessels from the Cyclades typically dock at Gates E4, E6, E7, E8, E9 or E10. These gates are some of the most central in the port, situated directly across from the Piraeus metro station and the main pedestrian bridge.
