Where to take the ferry from Spain to Tangier

You can travel to Tangier in Morocco from the ports of Algeciras and Tarifa, in Andalusia.

• Ferries to Tanger Med set sail from the main port of Algeciras, which is on the western side of the Bay of Algeciras (or Bay of Gibraltar) and opposite the Rock of Gibraltar. The port is within walking distance of the city center and only a few minutes by car or taxi from the main train and bus stations.
