Where to take the ferry from Heraklion to Paros

The Crete to Paros ferries depart from the port of Heraklion. It's located about 2 km from the city center, close to many shops, essential amenities, restaurants, and sights.

To get to the port and catch the Crete to Paros ferry, you can take a public bus or taxi, or walk (10-15 min from the old town). Local city buses connect the airport to the city center frequently. From the central bus station, it’s a short walk to the port.

Where does the ferry arrive in Paros?

Ferries from Heraklion in Crete arrive at the main of Paros, which is Parikia. The seaside town is also the capital of Paros and gets quite busy in the summer. In the area around the port there are many cafés, restaurants, hotels, and shops.

From the port of Parikia you can easily get to the town center on foot, or you can catch a taxi or bus to Naoussa. The distance from the port of Parikia to Naoussa is around 10 km.
