Starting in early June 2023, you can catch a ferry from the port of Thessaloniki to Skiathos, SkopelosAlonissos and the seaport of Mantoudi in Euboea! The ferry crossing from Thessaloniki to the islands of the Sporades is normally served by Seajets high-speed ferries. The route is usually operated 3-4 times a week from June to September.

Also, ferry company Seajets also serves crossings from Thessaloniki to Lemnos and Lesbos once a week, usually from early July to early September.

Tip: for July and August, there are no ferry routes from Thessaloniki to the islands of the North Aegean with Blue Star Ferries.

Lemnos is a beautiful island in northeast Aegean, with charming beaches and impressive landscapes. The Blue Star Ferries vessel from Thessaloniki to Lemnos for 2023 takes you to the island in 5.5 hours, while Seajets makes the trip in 4 hours.

Ferries from Thessaloniki to Izmir

Although ferry routes between Thessaloniki and Izmir are currently suspended, the connection is expected to be available again in 2023. Passengers can normally travel with Levante Ferries.

The 14-hour ferry crossing used to be available twice a week. The ferry departed from the port of Thessaloniki at 19:00 and arrived in Izmir at 09:00 the following morning. The ferry ticket price started at €81.
