Ferries to Polače depart regularly from the seaport of Dubrovnik in mainland Croatia. The ferry port, specifically, is found in the Gruž suburb and is in proximity to Dubrovnik’s historic center (around 30 min on foot).

Alternatively, you can also reach the port of Dubrovnik by car or public transport (bus), with the nearest bus station being a 7-min walk from the port.

Once you get there, you can find several traveler amenities, including an ATM and parking lot, which might come in handy, as you cannot bring along your vehicle on the ferry to Polače.
