Where to take the ferry from Brindisi to Igoumenitsa

Ferries to Igoumenitsa normally depart from the port of Brindisi, located just south of the city center. Ferries to Greece usually depart from Costa Morena (Punta delle Terrare), which is the main terminal for international crossings.

The port is about 2-3 km from the downtown area and approximately 6 km from Brindisi Airport (Salento Airport). The port area is well signposted and easily accessible by car, taxi and public transport.

Ferries from Brindisi normally arrive at the port of Igoumenitsa, on the western coast of mainland Greece. The port is divided into 2 areas: the central pier on the southern coast of the city which handles international ferries, and the northern pier, which handles local crossings to the Ionian islands.
