Where to take the ferry from Corralejo to Lanzarote

Ferries to Lanzarote normally set sail from Corralejo, which is in the northern part of Fuerteventura. The port of Corralejo is approximately 26 km from Puerto del Rosario, the island capital, and about 40 km from Fuerteventura Airport.

You can easily get to the port of Corralejo by public transport. From Puerto del Rosario, you can take bus 6, with the ride taking approximately 40 min. While there is no direct public bus service from the airport to Corralejo, you can take bus 3 to Puerto del Rosario.

Where does the ferry arrive in Lanzarote?

Ferries from Corralejo in Fuerteventura normally arrive at the port of Playa Blanca in Lanzarote, which is on the southern side of the island.

The seaside town is approximately 36 km from Arrecife. The drive from Playa Blanca to Arrecife takes about 40 min by car and 1 hr by bus.

Around the port of Playa Blanca there are cafes, restaurants and shops, as well as ATMs, banks, hotels, car and bike rental agencies, and tour operators.

How to get around Lanzarote
