Ferry from Athens (Rafina) to Andros

Good to know: bear in mind that there is no check-in procedure for luggage items. 

Tip: we recommend that you don’t carry more than 50 kg of luggage to avoid delays due to restricted space in the luggage area.

Traveling with pets

You can travel with your pet on the ferry from Athens to Andros free of charge. Small pets up to 10 kg can usually stay indoors in a carrier, while larger pets can travel in the designated kennels on deck. Alternatively, pets may remain on a leash throughout the journey and wear a muzzle where required.

You can catch the ferry to Andros from the port of Rafina in Athens. The port of Rafina is located approximately 33 km east of the city center of Athens and 26 km from Athens International Airport Eleftherios Venizelos.

You can get to the port of Rafina by car, taxi or intercity bus from downtown Athens and the airport.
