The ferry route from Thessaloniki to the Cyclades is operated by Blue Star Ferries. It connects the port of Thessaloniki in Northern Greece with the islands of the North Aegean Sea (Lemnos, Lesbos, Chios, Samos, Fourni and Ikaria). It then continues to Mykonos and Syros in the Cyclades.

Good to Know: the 2022 Thessaloniki - Cyclades ferry route is not the same as the one for 2018. Back in the day, ferries from Thessaloniki traveled on the following route: Skiathos - Andros - Syros - Tinos - Mykonos - Paros - Naxos - Santorini - Heraklion (Crete).

The ferry crossing connecting the port of Thessaloniki to the Cyclades is available once a week and it is operated by Blue Star Ferries. The ferry departs from Thessaloniki every Saturday at 21:00 for the months of May, June, September (except for 03/09) and October.
It takes approximately 23 hours to reach Syros and Mykonos from Thessaloniki. The Thessaloniki - Cyclades route is operated by standard vessels with cabins, numbered seats and car decks.
Good to know: ferry routes from the port of Thessaloniki to the Cyclades are not scheduled to operate for the summer months of July and August 2022. Alternatively, ferries connecting Northern Greece to the Cyclades depart from the port of Kavala.
