• On Siremar ferries, each passenger can bring along 1 piece of luggage weighing up to 20 kg.

Pets on board

You can travel with your pet on Trapani - Pantelleria ferries, but you must register it in the booking. Small pets must travel in a pet carrier or cage. Medium and large-sized pets should wear a muzzle and be on a leash.

On Siremar ferries, there are also designated areas for passengers with pets and kennels on board.

Useful info: keep in mind that on Siremar ferries there’s a €14.40 fee to travel with your pet, while on Liberty Lines ferries there’s no extra charge.

Here are a few tips that you could use for your trip to Pantelleria:

• If you travel in the high season, we recommend arriving at the port of Trapani at least 45 min in advance, as it can get quite busy.

Where to take the ferry from Trapani to Pantelleria?

Ferries from Trapani to Pantelleria depart from the pier in Via Ammiraglio Staiti 23. The port area of Trapani is located very close to the historic center, and the port leads directly to the heart of the city.

The railway station is less than 1 km from the port while the Trapani Airport is 18 km away.
