Note: passengers traveling with a vehicle should make sure to take all necessary hand luggage and documents with them, as access to the ship’s garages is not permitted during the crossing.

Can I travel with my pet on the Sardinia - Spain ferry?

Where to take the ferry from Porto Torres to Barcelona?

Ferries to Barcelona depart from the ferry terminal at the port of Porto Torres. The port area is divided into 2 zones: a commercial area and an industrial one. The passenger terminal is located next to the commercial port and has bars, ticket offices and various passenger services.

A free shuttle bus service is available for passengers, connecting the town center of Porto Torres, the ticket offices, the passenger terminal and the train station with the ferry docks.

Where does the ferry arrive in Barcelona?

Ferries from Porto Torres arrive at the Moll de Ponent terminal at the port of Barcelona.

The pier is located at the end of La Rambla, within walking distance of the Gothic Quarter and Barceloneta Beach. As soon as you disembark, you can easily start exploring the city. The port area offers plenty of services, including bars, restaurants, supermarkets and a nearby metro station.

From the port, you can get around Barcelona on foot, by car, taxi or public transport, depending on your destination. The closest metro station is Drassanes (L3), and the bus lines serving the port are D20, H14, 20, 21, 91, 120 and 121.
