Where to take the ferry from Formia to Ventotene

Ferries to Ventotene from Formia depart from the Pontine Islands Ferry Terminal, near Via Bruno Tallini street.

The port of Formia is 10 min from the train station and can be reached on foot or with a free shuttle that leaves every 20 min.

In the port area, there are various amenities: bars, restaurants, pastry shops, nightclubs, shops, parking lots, car rental agencies, tobacco shops, and pharmacies.

The Formia - Ventotene ferry trip takes 1 hr or 2 hr, depending on the vessel type.

You can embark your vehicle on conventional ferries operating on the Formia - Ventotene route, but not on hydrofoils.
