Where to take the ferry from Marseille to Porto Vecchio

Ferries to Porto Vecchio with La Méridionale depart from the port of Marseille, specifically from the Marseille Porte Chanterac (Gate 1) area, located close to the city center and near the Les Terrasses du Port shopping centre. The port is easily accessible both by car and by public transport.

Which gate do ferries to Porto Vecchio depart from?

Passengers are welcomed at the Arenc passenger terminal (Gare Maritime de Marseille – Terminal 1 – Arenc), situated less than 1 km north of Place de la Joliette.

• Passengers traveling with vehicles should proceed to Gate 1 (Porte Chanterac).
• Foot passengers should head to Gate 2, which provides pedestrian access to the Arenc terminal.

Reaching the pedestrian access to the port of Arenc is straightforward using public transport. You can take Tramway Line T2 (Arenc-le-Silo / La Blancarde) and get off at the Arenc-Silo Terminus, or use Metro Line 2 (Sainte-Marguerite Dromel / Bougainville) and disembark at Joliette station.
