Where to take the ferry from La Graciosa to Lanzarote

Ferries to Lanzarote set sail from Caleta de Sebo, La Graciosa's only passenger port, located on the southeast coast of the island. The port is located in the heart of the village and is within walking distance of visitor amenities, including cafés, restaurants, shops, bike rentals, tour operators and small hotels.

Travel tip: as La Graciosa has mostly sandy streets and limited transport options, it’s a good idea to head to the port well in advance, especially if you’re relying on walking or 4x4 taxis to get around. Ferries tend to fill up quickly in high season, and boarding usually starts early.

Where does the ferry arrive in Lanzarote?

Ferries from La Graciosa arrive in Órzola, on the northern tip of Lanzarote. This small port town is the island’s main connection with La Graciosa and a convenient starting point to continue your journey around Lanzarote.

The port is around 36 km from Arrecife and 42 km from Lanzarote Airport. Around the harbor, you will find cafés, restaurants, small shops, and accommodations. 

How to get from Órzola to other areas of Lanzarote

From Órzola, you can continue your journey by car, taxi, or bus. Bus line 9 connects the ferry port with Arrecife and stops in northern towns such as Punta Mujeres, Arrieta, Guatiza, and Tahiche.

Líneas Romero also offers a direct transfer to Lanzarote Airport for selected ferry departures. The transfer must be booked in advance as part of a round-trip ferry reservation.

If you left your car in Órzola before visiting La Graciosa, both ferry companies offer free private parking for passengers with return tickets. Public parking is also available near the port.
