Where to take the ferry from Cádiz to Lanzarote

You can take the ferry to Lanzarote from the port of Cádiz in Andalusia. The port is easily accessible by train or by car via the Cádiz - Seville highway.

The city of Cádiz is about 40 km south of the Jerez de la Frontera airport, which is a 30-min drive or about 1 hr away by public transport.

Where does the ferry arrive in Lanzarote?

Ferries from Cádiz normally arrive at Puerto de los Mármoles in Arrecife, on the eastern side of Lanzarote. The seaside town of Arrecife is near many popular resorts on the island, with Puerto del Carmen being around 15 km away.

Around the port area you will find a few cafés and restaurants, while the city center is about 10 min on foot or just a few minutes by taxi or bus.
