Ferry routes from Samos (Vathy) to Seferihisar operate seasonally from April to September, with peak traffic and higher ticket demand from late spring to early fall. If you plan to travel during the summer (June-September), we recommend booking your tickets 1-2 months in advance. During the spring months, you can book your ferry tickets even a few days before departure.

Here are some useful tips for your ferry trip to Seferihisar and your stay: 

• All passengers on ferry routes to Seferihisar should carry a valid passport or ID. 
• Ferries to Seferihisar are typically passenger-only and do not transport vehicles. Car and scooter rental services are available in the town if you wish to explore the surrounding area. 
• The local currency is the Turkish lira. While most businesses accept cards, it’s a good idea to carry some cash for smaller purchases and market visits.
• We advise you to be at the port of departure 30-45 minutes before departure to allow time for ticket checks and boarding.

Ferries connecting Seferihisar to Samos (Vathy) are high-speed vessels. Due to the short duration of the trip, no cabins are available, but passengers can enjoy comfortable deck-lounge seating. Snack bars are also available for a quick bite and/or a refreshing drink. 

Unfortunately, pets are not allowed on board ferries to Seferihisar.

The Port of Seferihisar is located in the Sigacik district, about 5 kilometers from the town center. It offers convenient access to local restaurants, shops, beaches, and the ancient city of Teos. The port connects Seferihisar with the Greek island of Samos, making it a great starting point for cross-border adventures.
