Where to take the ferry from Rovinj to Venice?

  • By bus: the Rovinj bus station is located around 700 m from the port, which is about a 10-min walk. The city is connected by frequent buses to Pula, Poreč, Rijeka, Zagreb, and other destinations in Croatia, as well as some international destinations.
  • By train: Rovinj does not have a train station. The nearest station is in Pula, around 40 km away. From there, you can continue to Rovinj by bus, taxi or rental car.
  • By plane: the nearest airport is Pula Airport (PUY), located around 40 km from the port of Rovinj. From the airport, you can reach the city by local bus, depending on the season, shuttle, taxi or rental car.
