You can take a ferry to Paldiski (Estonia) from the port of Kapellskär in northern Sweden. The port is located 90 km north of Stockholm, 20 km east of Norrtälje and 90 km east of Uppsala.

The E18 highway runs from the center of Stockholm all the way to Kapellskär and you can reach the port in around 1 hr 15 min by car. Alternatively, you can take bus 631 or 631X from the Norrtälje bus station, which you can reach with bus 676.
