You can travel by ferry to Ibiza from the port of Dénia. You can reach the port of Dénia easily by bus, boat, car, or taxi, depending on your starting point. Find more information below:

  • By boat: there is a solar-powered boat (La Panseta) that takes you from the center to the ferry terminal for free.
  • By bus: local buses (Autobuses Denibús) may be available depending on your location within the city center. More specifically, the bus line L3 travels through key parts of the city center and has stops near the port area.
  • By car: the port is just a few minutes' drive from the city center. Follow local signs for "Puerto" or "Port," which will direct you to the waterfront. If you are traveling to the port of Dénia from the international airports of Alicante or Valencia, you should take the AP-7 motorway and exit at 62 towards Ondara/Dénia/Xàbia. Both cities are about 1 hr from the port of Dénia by car.
  • By taxi: taxis are readily available in Dénia and can take you directly to the port. The journey is short and typically takes about 5 min from most central locations.
