The offer is valid for passenger tickets (all seat categories) and vehicles (cars and motorcycles), as long as you travel between 26/06 and 29/09 from Lavrio port in Athens. To get the discount, you should include your return tickets in the same booking with your ferry tickets from Lavrio to Kea or from Lavrio to Kythnos.
