The Bari - Durrës ferry route is served up to 3 times a day all year long. The trip takes 10-11 hours and ferry tickets start at around €48. The ferry connections are operated by GNV (Grandi Navi Veloci), Adria Ferries and Ventouris Ferries.

At the moment, there are no direct ferries between Croatia and Albania. However, if you want to travel between the two coasts, you can do so by first stopping in Italy.

  • You can easily travel from Croatia's most popular destination, Dubrovnik, to the Italian port of Bari, and then change for another ferry crossing from Bari to Durrës, Albania. You can enjoy the breathtaking views of the Adriatic Sea from the deck or travel in comfort by booking a cabin.
  • Another way to reach the Albanian Riviera from Croatia's Dalmatian Coast is to depart from Split, the largest city on the Croatian coast. Then you'll have to change ferries in Ancona, one of Italy's busiest ports. Ancona is frequently connected to the port of Durrës in Albania, and the ferry itinerary takes approximately 18 hours in total.

Yes, you can transfer your vehicle from Italy and Croatia to Albania. However, you can only travel with your vehicle on specific routes beginning from Corfu in Greece, and traveling to Sarandë in Albania, as some ferries do not have car decks.
