Ferry from Vibo Valentia to Panarea

Children up to 3 years old travel for free, while children up to 11 years old are entitled to reduced tickets. There are also discount tickets for residents of the Aeolian Islands.

Cabins & accommodation

There are no cabins on the Vibo Valentia - Panarea ferry route, as the duration of the trip is very short (around 2 hr). Alternatively, onboard seating is included in the ticket price.

Luggage

On the hydrofoils of Liberty Lines, you can carry up to 10 kg of hand luggage with maximum dimensions of 60x40x20 cm. Younger travelers that are entitled to discount tickets are allowed to carry up to 5 kg.

Pets on board

With Liberty Lines, you can travel with your pet by including it in your booking and paying an additional fee. Small pets must travel in a carrier or cage. As for those of medium/large size, they must be leashed and wear a muzzle.

Where to take the ferry from Vibo Valentia to Panarea

Normally, ferries to Panarea leave from the pier in Corso Michele Bianchi 32 in the port of Vibo.

You can find several visitor and rental services within the port area. There are also bars and restaurants nearby.

The Vibo Valentia train station is about 10 min away by car from the port. If you wish to get there by plane, the nearest airport is located in Lamezia Terme (about 30 km away).
