Where to take the ferry from Salerno to Amalfi

Ferries to Amalfi usually depart from Molo Concordia (also called Molo Masuccio) and Molo Manfredi, both located in the port of Salerno.

• Molo Concordia is the closest pier to the city center and Salerno railway station. You can walk there in about 10 min from Piazza Vittorio Veneto and the train station.
• Molo Manfredi is a bit further along the waterfront and hosts the shell-shaped maritime station designed by Zaha Hadid, one of Salerno’s architectural landmarks. Around the terminal, you’ll find cafés, bars, pizzerias, shops, and parking facilities.

How to get to the port of Salerno

If you are traveling from the city center of Salerno, both piers are along the seafront promenade, so you can easily get there on foot or hopping on a bus.

• From Salerno train station, you can walk about 5 min to Molo Concordia, or take a short taxi ride to Molo Manfredi, which is about 10 min away.
• From Naples Airport, you can take the shuttle or train to Naples Central, then continue with regional train to Salerno, which normally takes around 40 min. From there, you can walk or take a taxi to the port.

Where does the ferry arrive in Amalfi?

Ferries from Salerno typically dock at La Marina, the main port of Amalfi. The port is a short walk from Amalfi’s historic center, Piazza Duomo, and the Cathedral of St. Andrew, making it very convenient for visitors arriving by sea.
