Where to take the ferry from Lanzarote to Fuerteventura
You can take the ferry to Corralejo in Fuerteventura from the port of Playa Blanca in Lanzarote. Playa Blanca is located in the south of Lanzarote, approximately 36 km from Arrecife and 30 km from Lanzarote Airport.
Playa Blanca can be reached by car, taxi or bus. The bus ride from Arrecife to Playa Blanca takes about 1 hr, while the journey lasts approximately 40 min by car.
Moreover, every Wednesday there's also a ferry departing to Puerto del Rosario from the port of Arrecife, on the eastern side of Lanzarote. The port is around 10 min on foot from the city center and just a few minutes by taxi or bus.
Where does the ferry arrive in Fuerteventura?
Ferries from Lanzarote mostly arrive in Corralejo, on the northern tip of Fuerteventura. From the port, you can easily reach the town center and continue your journey by bus or taxi. The port of Corralejo is approximately 26 km from Puerto del Rosario, the island capital, which is easily accessible by car or public transport (bus 6).
