Ferry from Gran Canaria to Huelva

Where to take the ferry from Gran Canaria to Huelva

Ferries for Huelva typically set sail from the port of Las Palmas de Gran Canaria, the capital of Gran Canaria. The port is located on the northeastern coast of the island, approximately 25 km from the airport. Local bus lines allow you to easily get to the capital from the airport.

Where does the ferry arrive in Huelva?

Ferries from Gran Canaria and the Canary Islands arrive at the port of Huelva in Andalusia, on the southwest coast of Spain, close to the border with Portugal.

The port of Huelva has 2 sections: the inner port (Puerto Interior), which is in the city, and the outer port (Puerto Exterior), the main port of Huelva where ferries from the Canary Islands dock.

The outer port is located about 17 km from the city of Huelva and the ferry terminals are at the south pier (Puerto Exterior Muelle Sur). You can easily travel to the center of Huelva by car and train, while the closest airport is the Seville Airport, which is about 105 km away.
