Civitavecchia railway station is about 1 km from the port and can be reached on foot in around 10-15 min, or with a short taxi ride or shuttle bus.
• By bus: there are bus connections from Rome and other towns in Lazio to Civitavecchia. Cotral operates several daily services linking the capital and nearby municipalities with the port city.
• By plane: from Rome Fiumicino Airport (FCO), located around 60 km away, you can reach the port by car in about 45-60 min, or by train. From Rome Ciampino Airport (CIA), the route is similar, with a slightly longer travel time.

Where does the ferry arrive in Barcelona?
